Parking restrictions set to be lifted at Salthill and Silverstrand

Galway Bay fm newsroom - Parking restrictions are being lifted at Salthill and Silverstrand this morning.

Galway City Council crews are set to remove the barriers and cones from the area this morning.

The parking restrictions have been in place since the beginning of the year and are being eased in consultation with Gardaí.

The public is being urged to maintain social distancing while using the popular amenities.
