Galway Bay fm newsroom - A pilot programme is being launched to bring all the services for children who've been sexually abused to one location in the city.
The 'One House' initiative will be trialed at the new Garda Western Region Headquarters at Murrough in Renmore, after receiving 1 million euro in funding in the budget.
Gardaí, health workers and social workers will be situated in one location and working together so an abused child only has to share their story once.
