More time is being sought for a new housing development in Clifden.
The project led by Acton MR Construction would see 28 homes built on a site at Ardbear, on the southern side of the town.
They'd be a mix of four, three and two bed units in detached configuration.
County planners are due to make a decision on an extension of planning permission in March.
