Plans are being proposed for a six storey apartment block in Woodquay.
Permission was previously originally granted to K King Construction Claregalway for a smaller scale development.
The site is currently occupied by three vacant homes - number 33, 34 and 35 St. Brendan's Avenue.
Under the original plans approved in 2019, they'd be replaced with 19 homes in several duplex blocks up to four storeys in height.

But a revised plan now calls for 27 apartments, with a new 6 storey block to replace two smaller blocks under the original vision.
The developer is seeking an extension of planning permission for the original plans, as well as approval for the revisions.
