Plans are underway for a new commercial carpark at Liosbán Industrial Estate.
The project would be an overhaul and considerable expansion of an existing free carpark on a site owned by Carta Properties.
It's located towards the northeast back of the business park, near the Terryland River Walk and the back of housing estates in Riverside.
There'd be 216 spaces in total, including electric vehicle spaces, and the plans include a control barrier and ticket machine.
