Plans have been lodged for a new housing estate in Loughrea.
PNT Developments Limited is seeking permission for 36 new homes at a site at Gallows Hill accessed from the R350.
They'd be a mix of detached and semi-detached units, with more than two-thirds being 3-bed units.
County planners will make a decision by the end of next month.
