Plans have been lodged for a large-scale housing development in tuam.
The project, led by Beradine Ltd, would see 149 homes built at a site at Farrannamartin on the Galway Road.
They'd be mostly three-bed units, which account for 99 homes - with the remaining 50 split between single, two and four bed units.
Other features include a creche, 271 car-parking spaces, almost 500 bicycle spaces and a central play area.
