Permission is being sought to demolish the former Rockbarton Hotel in Salthill and replace it with apartments.
Rockbarton Family Holdings Ltd plans to build a 3-storey apartment block with 9 units, with equal numbers of single, two and three-beds.
There'd also be a 220sqm public open space at the back of the site, and each apartment would have a private terrace.
The hotel at Rockbarton Park has been closed for a number of years, and city planners will make a decision on its future in April.
