Polls open in Galway for Presidential election and blasphemy referendum

Galway Bay fm newsroom - The polls have opened this morning for up to 200 thousand voters in the city and county to cast their vote for the next President of Ireland.

Yesterday voting took place on Galway's four islands which have an electorate of about 12 hundred and a turnout of about 30 per cent.
