Galway County Council has officially launched its programme of events for Seachtain na Gaeilge, which will kick off next Monday.
The two-week programme includes cultural workshops, music and song events and school activities as well as a craft fair at County Hall from Monday until Wednesday next week offering local art, crafts, jewellery and food.
At County Hall, the council's Irish language officer Máirtín Ó Donnchadha urged everyone to use the cúpla focal during the Seachtain na Gaeilge events
