There's been a step forward for upgrade works at Clarinbridge Community Playground.
Councillors in the Loughrea Gort/Kinvara areas have approved a motion to allocate €15,000 to help with the match-funding required for a LEADER funding application
Fianna Fáil Councillor Martina Kinane says the playground is a crucial amenity as it serves around 900 children in the area.
She says the proposed upgrade project will significantly enhance the quality, accessibility, and durability of the facility:
