A fresh plan to build new apartment blocks at Newcastle Road has been lodged with city planners.
Shawder Ltd will be hoping it's a case of third time lucky in its plans to demolish 99 Upper Newcastle Road and replace it with two blocks.
The second attempt was refused by An Bord Pleanála last year who held it would be "substandard" in design, and would not meet sunlight regulations.
In each application, the number of apartments has been scaled back, now standing at 13.

City planners will make a decision on these latest revised plans in April.
