Crews are on site, and are assessing the extent of the burst.
The traffic lights at the major junction have been switched to flashing amber, and traffic management is in place.
Motorists in the Parkmore/Monivea Road area are advised to expect delays, and exercise caution at the junction until the repairs are complete.
