Water supply is returning to normal after a significant water main burst at Eyre Street in Galway City Centre this morning.
Uisce Éireann customers in Eyre Street, St Brendan’s Avenue, the Corrib Shopping Centre and Woodquay may have experienced supply disruptions.
It takes two to three hours following repairs for normal supply to be restored.
It may take longer for customers at the end of the network or on higher ground as the system recharges.
