Galway Bay fm newsroom - A water conservation notice which was in place in Williamstown this week has been lifted.
The notice was issued by Irish Water due to heavy rainfall which resulted in high turbidity levels in the raw water source supplying the Williamstown water treatment plant.
However, the issue has now been resolved and householders in the area can resume normal use.
