Corinthians/OLBC and Galwegians Selected As Winners In Grenade Competition
Galwegians RFC and OLBC/Corinthians Ladies RFC have been selected as winning teams in Grenade’s ‘Join the Revolution’ competition.
The ‘Join the Revolution’ campaign was launched by Grenade to directly support local sports teams across Ireland who embody the spirit of bravery and boldness that defines the brand. These are two of the winning teams across Ireland to receive a game-changing Grenade kit in 2025.
A dodgeball club, a volleyball club, a rowing club, a powerlifting club and a basketball club are among the wide array of teams featured on the competition winners list, where clubs could enter to win sports kits for one of their teams. GAA, rugby and football also feature heavily on the winner list.
Speaking about the campaign, Grenade Ireland’s Brand Manager, Maighréad Lynch, said: “We’re thrilled to give back to local teams across the country through ‘Join the Revolution’. This is just the beginning of Grenade’s commitment to fuel the performance of sporting communities around Ireland.”
Over 200 sports clubs across the country entered the novel competition, which featured Irish International rugby player Andrew Porter and influencer DJ Marty Guilfoyle highlighting the prize of Grenade sponsored club kits and a supply of Grenade protein bars for your team. The winning line-up features clubs from 11 counties across the country – eight in Dublin, two in Galway and one each in Roscommon, Limerick, Carlow, Kildare, Louth, Cavan, Waterford and Wicklow.
Grenade’s commitment extends beyond sponsorship. Their popular 60g bars offer a powerful combination of 20 grams of high-quality protein to support athletic performance and recovery, with only 2 grams of sugar. These triple-layered, flavour-packed bars are the perfect fuel for athletes looking to power up their performance and conquer any challenge.
