A team of four cyclists from Galway have won silver in the Mondello 24 Hour Race held at the Iconic Mondello Race Track in Kildare.
The team of Siobhan McHugh, Marian Lally, Patrina Mitchell and Claire Cellirus captained by Therese Murray and coached by Neil Campbell covered an incredible 798km and were just 7km behind the ladies winning team who were Ulster.
Three teams represented the DNA Triathlon Club, they were the DNA draft dodgers and DNA dynamos who both finished inside the men’s top ten and the DNA divas who were second in the ladies category.
