Five Internationals Return to Start for Connacht Rugby Against Ulster

Connacht team Stuart Lancaster has made nine changes to his starting 15 for Friday's (20th March 2026) trip to Ulster in the BKT United Rugby Championship.

Five Irish internationals return, including Bundee Aki, Darragh Murray, Finlay Bealham, Bily Bohan and Cian Prendergast; Dave Heffernan returns from a two-month calf injury; Jack Carty comes in at out half; while Finn Treacy and Sean Naughton are named among the back three.

Shane Jennings, Cathal Forde, Bundee Aki and Finn Treacy are the three quarters;

Out half Jack Carty partners scrum half Colm Reilly;

Billy Bohan, Dave Heffernan and Finlay Bealham are the front row;

Joe Joyce and Darragh Murray are behind them;

And a back row of Josh Murphy, captain Cian Prendergast and Sean Jansen.
