Galway 2-18 Kilkenny 1-19 (Leinster under-20 Hurling Championship GOALS and Reaction with Gavin Keary)

Galway qualified for the Leinster under-20 semi-final with 2-18 to 1-19 victory over Kilkenny in Laois Hire O'Moore Park, Portlaoise on Wednesday (22nd April 2026).

Darragh Counihan and Brian Callanan got the goals for the Tribesmen as described by Galway Bay FM commentators Niall Canavan and Johnny Coen.

Afterwards, Galway manager Gavin Keary looked back on the game with Niall.

Galway Bay FM's Sean Walsh and Johnny Coen also reflected on Galway's third victory in this year's championship.

Group winners Galway and Dublin advanced to the Leinster semi-finals which take place on Wednesday, 13th May. They'll play the winners of the two quarter-finals (Wexford vs Laois, Kilkenny vs Offaly) which take place on Bank Holiday Monday (4th).
