Galway 3-19 Leitrim 2-11 (Connacht Minor Football Championship Commentary, Report and Reaction with Neil McHugh)

Galway's minor footballers got off to the perfect start in the Connacht championship on Friday (21st March 2025) when they beat Leitrim 3-19 to 2-11 in Cloone.

Darragh Costello's goal on six minutes put them into a winning position and they led 1-10 to 1-2 at half-time.  Further green flags for Joey Cullinane and captain Ciaran O'Donnell made sure of the result during the second period.
