Crucial goals in the second half saw Kilkenny get the better of Galway in Saturday's Leinster Minor Hurling Final played in Portlaoise.
After a tight opening 30 minutes that saw only 3 points separate the sides at half time, 3 Kilkenny goals saw off the Galway challenge to win by 4-11 to 1-8.
Galway must now play a All-Ireland Quarter Final next weekend.
