Galway vs Dublin (All-Ireland Senior Football 'Over The Line' Preview with Barry Brennan)

Following their fourth consecutive Connacht senior football championship victory, Galway begin their quest for Sam Maguire this Saturday (17th May 2025) when they host Dublin in the opening game of the round-robin series.

Padraic Joyce's charges are in a difficult group that also includes Armagh and Derry and will be determined to repeat last June's stunning quarter-final victory over the Metropolitians.

Former Galway captain Barry Brennan played in the 1983 All-Ireland Final against Dublin and also won five Connacht championships between 1982 and 1987.

The two-time county senior championship winner with St. Grellan's looked ahead to the game with Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly.
