Galway against Dublin is the blockbuster fixture for this weekend as the Tribeswomen chase back-to-back All-Ireland senior ladies football final appearances for the first time since 2005 on Saturday (19th July).
It's a repeat of last year's quarter-final when Aoife O'Rourke's extra time goal secured the girls in maroon a 3-7 to 1-12 victory. However, the Metropolitans were All-Ireland champions in 2023 and will have at least 15 players from that squad available.
Galway are on 14 wins from 14 in 2025, following their win over Waterford two weeks ago. The Deise did draw with Dublin in the group stages but the 12-in-a-row Leinster champions have since put 11 goals past Leitrim and Cork.
Galway senior manager Daniel Moynihan joined Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly to look ahead to the game.
Throw-in at Glenfisk O'Connor Park, Tullamore on Saturday is 7.30pm and we'll have LIVE coverage here on Galway Bay FM.
