There's just over two weeks to go to the Women's Rugby World Cup when Ireland play Japan, Spain and New Zealand in the pool stages.
After beating Scotland last week, the Girls in Green continue their preparations on Saturday (9th August) when they play Canada in Belfast.
Ballinasloe duo Beibhinn Parsons and Aoibheann Reilly, Creggs' Ivana Kiripati and Connacht's Anna McGann all start. Kilconly's Cliodhna Moloney is among the replacements.
Leading up to the game, Ireland captain Neve Jones has been chatting with Galway Bay FM's William Davies.

Kick-off at the Affidea Stadium, Belfast on Saturday is 12pm.
