Meath 2-16 Galway 2-15 (All-Ireland Senior Football Quarter-Final Commentary and Reaction with Padraic Joyce)

Galway are out of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship following a 2-16 to 2-15 defeat to Meath in the quarter-final in Croke Park on Sunday (29th June 2025).

Cillian McDaid and Liam Silke scored second-half goals to put the Tribesmen back in front after a six-point deficit, but Meath managed to get a second goal and held on despite the final minute playing down with little play.

Galway manager Padraic Joyce spoke to Galway Bay FM's Jonathan Higgins and assembled media afterwards.
