St Pauls Oughterard were crowned Basketball Ireland All-Ireland Schools Under 16 Girls B League champions after a comprehensive win over Colaiste Muire Ennis this afternoon in Cork.
Sean Kelly's side were never in trouble, leading 13-4 at the end of the first quarter and never let that lead slip throughout the first half going in 23-10 leaders at the break.
The third and fourth quarters were more of the same and St Pauls extended their lead on the three quarter mark to 21 points leading 35-14 and comfortably saw out the game roared on by a passionate travelling support, to win 43-23.
