Tuam Oughterard Wins Women's Connacht Senior Cup

Tuam/Oughterard overcame a game Sligo on Sunday in Creggs in the Bank of Ireland Women's Connacht Senior Cup Final.

Despite a late comeback from the Sligo girls, Tuam/Oughterard won the game 39-24.

It was a busy day of action with The University of Galway beating OLBC/Corinthians 43-17 to claim the Women's Connacht Senior Plate and Sligo beat Galwegians 24-22 to win the Men's Connacht Senior Cup.
