Turloughmore were crowned JFW Renewables Division 1 Hurling League champions on Saturday (28th June 2025) following this two-point victory over Cappataggle.
Eoghan Conneely and Cillian Whelan got the goals for winners while Conor Walsh contributed 0-12. However, Cappataggle, led by James Egan's goal and 11 scores for Cian Bowes, came back from nine points down to force a grandstand finish. Walsh deflected a late James Skehill free over the bar.
