Two Connacht Players In Irish Womens Squad To Face Italy

Head Coach Scott Bemand has named the Ireland Match Day Squad for Saturday's Guinness Women's Six Nations clash against Italy at Dexcom Stadium.

Two Connacht players are named in the Squad.

Béibhinn Parsons is named on the wing and Anna McGann is named on the replacements.

Despite recovering from injury, Aoibheann Reilly is not on the match day 23.

The team will be captained by Erin King and Leinster winger Robyn O'Connor will make her debut on Saturday.

Around 8-thousand tickets have already been sold for Saturday's game in Galway - it's on course to break the attendance record for a standalone Irish women's game.
