Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Moycullen.
Ardent Property Investment Ltd is looking to build 37 new homes at a site off in the village centre.
They'd be a mix of apartments, townhouses, terraced and semi-detached homes, with commercial units fronting onto Church Road.
County planners have approved the project with 29 conditions attached.
