Galway Bay fm newsroom - Almost 2 thousand homes are without power in Athenry.
The ESB says it is currently working to repair the fault, which is affecting 1,790 customers.
The fault was reported shortly before 10 and it's expected power will not be fully restored until 1.30 this afternoon.
