An appeal's been lodged against a significant housing development in Renmore.
Last month, city planners gave the green light for more than 80 apartments and townhouses in Murrough.
This project led by Graphite Fusion is for at a site in Murrough, fronting onto Gleann Rua Road.
There'd be more than 80 homes in single, two and three bed configuration across 12 blocks, varying in height from one to three storey.
There was a considerable number of local objections on a wide range of grounds, including traffic congestion, pedestrian safety, overshadowing, and being out of character with the area.
Although city planners granted permission, it was with some revisions - including a limit on the height of one section of a block, and removal of one unit to provide more communal space.
Local residents have now taken an appeal to An Coimisiún Pleanála.
