Athenry Road in Tuam re-opens following fire

Galway Bay fm newsroom  - The Athenry Road in Tuam has fully reopened after a fire earlier.

The alarm was raised just after 4.30 this morning when the blaze broke out at a shed at a house

The Athenry road was closed for much of today due to the presence of a fuel source at the location.

Gardaí say the route has now re-opened.
