The Galway County Public Participation Network known as PPN is hosting a showcase of grants and services for community groups in Athenry tomorrow.
The PPN is a network of over 1300 community and voluntary groups from all over the county.
The PPN event will take place in the Raheen Woods Hotel in Athenry at 4pm.
It will include presentations on the various departments of Galway County Council pertaining to Community Grants and Services.
It will also provide an opportunity for volunteers to visit over 20 information stands picking up useful information for their community and for their community group.
Topics will include Community Funding schemes, Community Insurance and Community Safety while solicitor Donal Quinn will give a presentation on Wills.
