That's according to a new UCC report which has examined which towns human beings are most in danger of becoming redundant due to automation.

Two out of every five Irish jobs are at high risk of being replaced by machines.

The areas that are least at risk are Barna, Strandhill in Sligo and Malahide in Dublin.
