Strong turnout in the city for a Book of Condolence for Dolores Keane

There's been a strong turnout in the city today for a Book of Condolence at County Hall for the late singer Dolores Keane.

The 72 year old was a native of Caherlistrane and is widely considered a defining voice in Irish traditional and folk music.

She's perhaps best known for her 1988 cover of Caledonia - but she enjoyed major broader success that brought her voice to every corner of the globe.

Saoirse Duhan has been speaking to some of those who signed the book of condolence at County Hall today, where the first woman she met actually sang a song in Dolores'memory
