Delays in aquaculture projects for Connemara

Galway Bay fm newsroom- Two initiatives in the aquaculture industry in Connemara continue be tied up over a lengthy period of time due to planning issues.

The first phase of development at a proposed Marine Industries Park in Cill Chiaráin has been with An Bord Pleanála over the past year.

Meanwhile, an effort to bring water from a south Connemara lake as far as a salmon farm is now the subject of Court proceedings.
