Demand for clarity on new school building for Scoil Chaitríona Renmore

There's a sense of growing frustration as Scoil Catriona in Renmore is waiting years for a new building.

Funding was approved in November 2021, but there's still no timeline for when a shovel might go in the ground.

Councillor Alan Cheevers says staff are doing tremendous work, delivering excellent education in very challenging conditions.

But the Fianna Fail Councillor is asking Education Minister and Galway West TD Hildegarde Naughton to provide some clarity.
