Serious problems have arisen with the Castlepark-Ballybane active travel scheme over the past few days.
That's according to local councillor Shane Forde, who says two key issues have arisen since the weekend.
The first is severe flooding in parts of Castlepark where there was never flooding before - and the other is motorists deliberately driving over plastic bollards to take short cuts.
The Castlepark-Ballybane Scheme has proven somewhat controversial, due to a range of issues during construction to narrow roads and install active travel measures.
Fine Gael Councillor Forde says these latest issues are quite serious.
