Funding announced for walking track upgrades at 7 soccer and rugby clubs across Galway

Funding has been announced for walking track upgrades at 7 Galway soccer and rugby clubs.

The allocations are made through the IRFU and FAI Health Ireland Walking Tracks initiative.

The focus of the funding is to enable clubs to make walking tracks more accessible.

This could include improving access for those with mobility issues or using wheelchairs, or the upgrade of lighting to allow usage later into the winter evenings.
