IFA President says Connemara farming vital to rural economy

Farming in Connemara is critically important to the rural economy - and any future CAP deal must not leave the area disadvantaged.

That's the message delivered by IFA President Francie Gorman during a visit to Connemara to meet with local farmers.

Among this stops was the farm of Cáillín Conneely at Letterdife in Roundstone, for a broad discussion on the challenges facing the region.
