Loughrea public meeting to discuss latest developments in Town Hall restoration campaign

Galway Bay fm newsroom - A public information meeting will take place in Loughrea this evening (03/12) to discuss the campaign to restore the Town Hall.

The event is organised by the Loughrea Arts Recreation and Culture group.

The group has been working to redevelop the Town Hall as a community space for a range of local interests including arts and heritage, youth activities and tourism.

It's now seeking to update the public on the latest developments in the campaign - following the securing of funding under the Rural Regeneration Fund.

The public meeting will take place at Loughrea Library this evening at 7.
