National Broadband Ireland (NBI) has announced the opening of pre-orders for residents of Inis Meáin to connect to the national broadband network.
Works to connect the island to the network continue, with 147 homes and businesses on the island set to benefit.
Representatives from NBI will visit both Inis Meáin and Inis Mór to provide information and to answer questions from residents on how to access broadband.
The visits are taking place on Inis Mór from today until Wednesday, and on Inis Meáin from this day week the 27th of July.
