New housing approved for Rahoon

Galway Bay fm newsroom - New housing has been approved for Rahoon in the city.

Mary Grehan and Pat McGrath have been granted planning permission and outline permission for 8 new houses at Circular Road.

In granting permission for the houses, city planners have imposed 21 conditions.

They state that an application for full planning permission for six of the sites, which have currently received just outline permission, must be sought.
