The project involves 185 houses and 157 apartments, including a ground-floor community space, office, café, retail unit.

There would be access road and junction improvements at Rosshill Road/Old Dublin Road.
A Natura Impact Statement and Environmental Impact Assessment Report accompany the application.
An Bord Pleanála is due to make a decision in May (07/05).
