Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development at Clybaun Road.
The project led by JFC Property Developments Ltd. & John Concannon would consist of 84 homes on a site behind the existing Ard na Gaoithe estate.
They'd be mostly three and two bed units, in a mix of duplex, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as apartments.
City planners will make a decision in August.
