There's been an increase of just over a fifth in how many properties are up for sale in Galway.
That's according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report, which shows there were 823 properties for sale in the county at the end of June this year.
The average time for a property to go sale agreed in the county after being placed up for sale now stands at just over three months.
The report also found that property prices in Galway have risen by €25,000 in the last year, with the median asking price in the county now €375,000.
Nationally, asking prices rose by five percent nationwide, with homes being sold for around 7 or 8 percent above asking price on average.
