Progress is moving steadily for both the Loughrea Active Travel Scheme and the Portumna Community Transport Study.
The transport study for Portumna is now at draft stage, and has been submitted to the National Transport Authority and Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
Meanwhile, the active travel scheme for Loughrea is currently undergoing preparation for a non-statutory consultation.
The plans will be presented to local councillors in late August/early September this year, before going on public display and online.
