Galway Bay fm newsroom - A proposal to transform a former pub in Moycullen into a centre for education and prayer has been withdrawn from the council planning process.

Bazlul Haque Molon had applied for planning permission to change the former Co-Op bar and restaurant into a building for community use.
Objections were lodged against the plans, citing arguments about legal rights to the property and adjoining properties.

The county council has confirmed that the application has now been withdrawn.
