Planning permission has been refused for a new café in Abbeyknockmoy.
It'd be based at a vacant retail unit at O'Donohoes Spar and Texaco, and would include outdoor seating area with glass canopy.
But county planners have refused permission to Sean O'Donohoe (Abbey) Limited.
They took issue with wastewater conditions, as well as certain elements of the plan lying outside the site controlled by the applicant.
